How do I manage or cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are billed through your Apple ID. To manage or cancel, open the iOS Settings app → tap your name → Subscriptions → select QUITBET. Cancelling stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current period.
How do I request a refund?
Purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests are handled through Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If you need help, email us and we'll do our best to assist.
Is my data private?
Your recovery data is primarily stored on your device. We use privacy-respecting analytics and never sell your personal information. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
I lost my progress after reinstalling — can it be restored?
Recovery data is stored locally on your device. Uninstalling the app or clearing its data removes it permanently. We recommend not uninstalling if you want to keep your streak and history.
