This Privacy Policy explains how Mone Apps LLC ("we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use the QUITBET mobile application (the "App"). QUITBET is a gambling-recovery support tool designed to help you quit gambling and rebuild your financial wellbeing. By using the App, you agree to the practices described below.

1. Information We Collect

Information you provide

• Recovery data — information you enter such as your name or nickname, recovery start date, financial figures (amounts saved or spent), goals, and daily check-ins. This data is primarily stored locally on your device.
• AI chat messages — messages you send to the in-app AI companion ("NovaMind") to receive supportive responses.
• Referral codes — an optional code you may enter during onboarding.

Information collected automatically

• Usage & analytics data — anonymized events about how you interact with the App (screens viewed, features used) to help us improve the product.
• Device information — device model, operating system version, language, and similar technical details.
• Purchase & subscription data — your subscription status and transaction events, processed through the Apple App Store and our paywall provider. We never receive or store your full payment-card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and operate the App's recovery features and personalize your experience.
• To generate supportive AI responses to your chat messages.
• To process and validate subscriptions and in-app purchases.
• To analyze usage trends, fix bugs, and improve the App.
• To respond to your support requests.

3. Third-Party Services

The App relies on the following third-party processors, each governed by its own privacy policy:

• OpenAI — processes AI chat messages to generate companion responses.
• Mixpanel — product analytics on anonymized usage events.
• Superwall — paywall presentation and subscription management.
• Apple App Store (StoreKit) — payment processing and subscription billing.

We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

4. App Tracking Transparency

On iOS, the App will request your permission before any tracking that could be used for advertising or cross-app measurement, in accordance with Apple's App Tracking Transparency framework. You can change this choice at any time in your device Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking.

5. Data Storage & Security

Most of your recovery information is stored locally on your device. Data transmitted to third-party services is sent over encrypted connections (HTTPS). We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, but no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

6. Data Retention

Locally stored data remains on your device until you delete it or uninstall the App. Analytics and subscription data are retained only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy or as required by law.

7. Children's Privacy

QUITBET is not intended for individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can remove it.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data, or to object to certain processing. You can delete locally stored data by clearing the App's data or uninstalling it. For any other request, contact us using the details below.
